The Spanish and German versions are already on the pipe-line. The books have captured the first and second spot in the best-seller list in the New Straits Times. With it, he has launched an entire Dare To Fail (DTF) movement in the region and in so doing has created an immense interest in the DTF concept which involves, taking the next step, breaking through and thrive !

He has contributed much to uplift the spirit of all the people who were affected by the Asian Financial Crisis.

He created national sensation by running in the Malaysian 10 th and 11 th General Election as an independent candidate against a few formidable opponents. Although he lost he was the most publicized candidate in both the elections owing to his innovative ideas of campaign.

He is also a very popular Talk Show guest having appeared on many radio and television shows in the region. Millions have heard him talk. He is also often seen on TV3 MHI- Malaysia Today and recently on Inspirasi Pagi (Morning Inspiration) on TV1. He is fondly known as the "Failure Guru" - a man who helps you when you are down. Ummm....lately ni aku selalu lepak dgn beberapa couple yg best, fun & sweet :) Sebab sebelum2 tu ramai yg budget cool & cover2 hehe.. Aku pun dulu camtu kot hehe.. Tgk bf kiss gf kat forehead bleh membuatkan air mata aku bertakung haha... So aku mmg salute lah couple yg macam ni hehe...

Cervical cancer is malignant cancer of the cervix uteri or cervical area. It may present with vaginal bleeding but symptoms may be absent until the cancer is in its advanced stages. Treatment consists of surgery (including local excision) in early stages and chemotherapy and radiotherapy in advanced stages of the disease. Pap smear screening can identify potentially precancerous changes. Treatment of high grade changes can prevent the development of cancer. In developed countries, the widespread use of cervical screening programs has reduced the incidence of invasive cervical cancer by 50% or more. Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is a necessary factor in the development of nearly all cases of cervical cancer.[1] HPV vaccine effective against the two strains of HPV that cause the most cervical cancer has been licensed in the U.S. and the EU. These two HPV strains together are currently responsible for approximately 70%[2][3] of all cervical cancers. Since the vaccine only covers some high-risk types, women should seek regular Pap smear screening, even after vaccination.[4]

Low Ngai Yuen | 31(aku rasalah) | TV programmes host and director, former radio DJ, producer of a radio show, emcee, actress and we wonder what's next....

Telefilm "Adik" adalah telefilm yang terbaik pernah aku tonton walaupun aku cuma dapat layan separuh jalan. Yuen adalah director yang terbaik bagi aku. Bagi aku, telefilm ni patut ke layar perak. Jom kita sama-sama doakan :) Lakonan adik Amelia Henderson sangat-sangat natural dan betul-betul "hidup". Dan dia juga adalah pelakon kanak-kanak yang terbaik bagi aku. Yuen said to me "we guerilla shot most of the stuff in Jakarta, pretending to be students"...so humble hehe:) Kau cuba bayangkan kalau dia buat proper....mesti gila gila gila gila best!! Macam tu pun dah best gila. Adik difilemkan di Malaysia & Indonesia. Amelia Henderson plays the title role, and aside from her famous mum Daphne Iking and dad-to-be, Norman Hakim, the rest are all Indons...

Aku baru je dapat call, kitorang dapat 2 unit rumah kat Amberhill tu. So now kami dah ada 9 unit rumah kat KL ni yeah.. Tapi Mr.Tebong ade apartment di Manhattan. Ye laa diakan CEO....

Insyaallah....

Tadi aku dengan Mr.Tebong pegi tengok rumah kat Amberhill... Insyaallah kami akan beli 2 unit. Mintak2lah loan approve :)

Salah ke kalau aku duduk di Binjai tapi aku masih beli barang2 di bundle??

Nasi Ganja & Sup Tulang

Hari sabtu lepas aku pegi rumah Datin Jane dengan Mr.CEO Tebong. Dia jemput aku kat Binjai dengan kereta Volkswagen GTI Mk V yang dia beli sebelum menyambut Ramadhan hari tu terus ke Putrajaya. Sampi hujan renyai-renyai, Datin Jane turun jemput kami kat entrance dengan Dato' Toyib. Takde open house pun, saje je datang lepak-lepak. Kire PR program Mr. CEO Tebong la ni.. Kami dihidangkan dengan brownies yang Datin Jane beli kat Singapore pagi tadi.. Aku suke ape-ape yang ada coklat hehe.. Memang best brownies tu, moist & coklat dia pekat gila. Lepas tu kitorang bercerita pasal makan. Dato' Toyib adalah anak jati Perak walaupun dia mempunyai mansion di Miami & Iceland. Dia cerita pasal makanan special kat Ipoh, Nasi Ganja. Aku dengan Mr. CEO Tebong ni memang kuat makan. Macam bestlah nasi ganja ni.. Aku rasa macam nak pegi esok gak nak rasa nasi ganja ni. Damn!!
Tapi biasalah, jadual ketat kitorang tak penah membenarkan aku dan Mr.CEO Tebong untuk jalan-jalan. Tapi dalam masa terdekat ni, kami akan ke sana kot.Lepas tu tiba-tiba terkeluar pulak pasal sup tulang singapore. Aku tak penah rasa jugak. Tapi lepas siap Campaign Cancer Serviks ni maybe boleh kot nak jalan-jalan.

Kelas Inspirasi Roma's Rythm (KIRR)- Tengku Rozidar Tengku Zainal Abidin

Tak jadi pulak main monopoli. Aku masuk-masuk bilik Mr. CEO Tebong, dia sibuk bercerita pasal Tengku Rozidar Tengku Zainal. Aku tau la sikit pasal Tengku Rozidar ni, founder 1901. Mr. CEO Tebong ni suka menunjuk-nunjuk yang dia tau macam-macam. Aku cakap kat dia, yang Tengku Rozidar ni dulu penyampai berita kat TV3. Hahaha...dia tak tau rupanya. Yes, aku berjaya kenakan dia. Knowledge aku jauh lebih power dari dia. Untuk tutup cerita dia cepat-cepat offer aku lunch kat Le-Meridien. Macam tu la Mr.CEO Tebong, cuba mengaburi aku dengan wang ringgit. Tapi aku taknak cerita pasal Mr.CEO Tebong, aku nak cerita pasal Tengku Rozidar. First aku tengok dia dalam rancangan wawancara kat Astro Awani tak silap aku. Aku terkejut bila aku tau founder 1901 ni seorang wanita yang ayu, lembut dan yang paling penting MASIH MUDA. Yes, young entrepreneur!! So bila ada perkataan "muda" aku akan jadi tak puas hati. Yes, dia menjadi salah satu inspirasi aku. Aku nak berjaya macam dia, ada 70 outlets kat malaysia ni. Aku dengan Mr.CEO Tebong pun start bukak company pun masa umur kami 22. Dan sekarang kami berumur 25. Ye, kami masih muda dan kami berasal dari kampung yang hanya berhubung dengan rakit. Sekarang Mr.CEO Tebong dah ada BMW 3 Series Coupé dan aku dah ada sebuah condo di Binjai KLCC. Ramai orang sekarang menjadikan musician kental, writer cool dan photographer happening sebagai inspirasi mereka. Terpulanglah kepada individu. Kita sendiri yang kemudikan masa depan kita. Owh si Art Director Nechropagia melambai-lambai seolah-olah mau mencabar aku bermain foostball. Yep, dia foostballer no.1 di Solaris ni. Main mesti meletup. Aku nak ajak dia skali la lunch kat Meridien ni.

Aku tak suka golf....

Aku baru balik dari Kelab Darul Ehsan. Tempat yang dipenuhi oleh pakcik2 dan datuk2 yang amatlah membosankan. Tapi untuk dapat project branding yang bernilai hampir RM200,000, aku terpaksa berlakon macam sangat seronok berada di situ.. Aku kena layan Dato' Rashid main golf. Seperti biasa sebelum pegi, Mr. CEO Tebong akan memberikan nasihat yang semua budak servicing patut tahu walaupun dia tak payah bagitahu, "Let him win..." Aku senyum je, bila dia cakap macam tu. Yelah, aku buat client servicing, aku tahu la benda2 basic macam tu. Buat pengetahuan korang aku tak pandai drive, so aku biasa pegi mana2 dengan Shevanel. Dia wajib ada disisi aku bila aku pegi mana2.

Aku sampai dalam pukul 10 tadi, breakfast dengan dia dan Theera(P.A Dato' Rashid). Shevanel taknak turun, dia nak tido dalam BMW 3 Series Coupé milik Mr.CEO Tebong. Entah kenapa baik hati pulak orang tua tu bagi aku pinjam kereta mewah dia. Lepas breakfast kitorang terus bermain golf yang membosankan tu. Penat otot2 muka aku nak senyum depan Dato' Rashid tu. Macam biasa aku biarkan dia menang. Aku lagi suka main foostball kat studio dengan designer2 aku. Tepat pukul 11.30 kitorang balik sebab hari dah start nak hujan. Aku salam dengan Dato' Rashid & cium pipi Theera pastu terus naik kereta mewah Mr.CEO Tebong menuju ke studio di Solaris Mont Kiara. Sampai2 layan foostball dengan budak2 design, pastu aku nak pegi jumpa Mr.CEO Tebong japgi.. Dia ajak aku main monopoly pulak..
